2024 has been a wonderful year of growth and beautiful partnerships for Yoga Triangle, and we are winding the year down with a training at Union Studio Yoga.

Learn how to use Yoga Triangles for Myofascial Release & Slow Flow Movements

join us for a Slow Flow and Myofascial Release Training. Our inventor and Chief Creative Officer, Amanda, will be hosting an informative and interactive training using the Yoga Triangles for movement practices that focus on slow-flow (slow and intentional movements) as well as Myofascial Release techniques.








This session will be LIVESTREAMED for those who wish to attend virtually!



This workshop is designed to introduce:

  • students,

  • teachers,

  • massage therapists,

  • and body workers


to the power of props and how to use them to enhance a movement practice. We will explore a Slow Flow Vinyasa incorporating props Techniques for pain relief, myofascial release, and foam-rolling Sequencing with props to build a class or home practice. By the end, you'll gain:


  • skills and confidence

  • to integrate props into your personal practice

  • valuable insights for teaching/facilitation

  • a deep understanding of their use for pain relief

  • functional myofascial releases, foam-rolling, and mindful movements


CECs are available for those who desire, as well as a certificate of completion.


Union Studio Staff are invited to attend for free as a CEC enhancement for their teacher toolbox. Recording available to those who cannot attend. Want to bring a training to your studio?
