Teacher Training & Workshops Pittsburgh: Triangle Foundry

Pittsburgh now has an Official Yoga Triangle Sponsored Studio supporting The Yoga Triangle! We are thrilled to welcome Triangle Foundry!

If you are in the Pittsburgh or surrounding areas be sure to stop by Triangle Foundry to take a class with Yoga Triangles. This incredible studio offers mixed modalities including yoga, cycle, and strengle training. Located in the heart of Pleasant Hills, this studio has 2 large studios, a lovely boutique, and offers reiki and community workshops.

We offered 2 workshops and 1 Yoga Triangle Teacher Training with this lovely community. Our primary goal was to raise awareness on how to incorporate Yoga Triangles into studio use. Our secondary goal was to empower students and teachers to explore sequencing, hands on assists, and additional movement modalities like foam rolling and myofascial release (MFR). These workshops and teacher training are available on demand.
