Lesley's Bio:
“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.”—Bruce Lee
Lesley is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about fostering a space where students feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves. With over 20 years of personal practice and five years of teaching, she approaches every session as both a student and a guide. She holds three yoga certifications and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills.
Her teaching style blends strength and fluidity, offering a variety of practices, including Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Sound Healing, and Meditation. No matter the class, her goal is to create a space where students feel grounded, nurtured, and inspired.
Outside of yoga, Lesley finds joy in the little things—spending time with her three beloved pets and her husband, exploring the great outdoors, and dreaming of camping in every U.S. national park. She’s also a devoted plant lover, always eager to share gardening tips and plant stories.
Join her on the mat for a journey of self-discovery, movement, and mindfulness!
