A Sunday Invitation to Explore Breath, Movement, and Reflection
As the inventor and Chief Creative Officer of The Yoga Triangle, I’ve dedicated my life to creating tools, practices, and communities that support holistic health and mindful movement. With over 10,000 hours of teaching experience, a 500 ERYT certification, and a rich history as a classroom teacher, workshop leader, studio owner, and lead teacher trainer, I’ve cultivated a passion for guiding others on their journey toward wellness. Today, I am thrilled to offer a new way to connect and grow together: an intimate, private livestream class every Sunday at 3:30 pm CST.
This weekly private livestream class is an opportunity for us to explore the principles that have guided my teaching for decades. I have donation based pricing available for those who need it. Together, we’ll dive into practices that nourish the mind and body:
Breathwork: We’ll begin with breath exercises designed to energize, center, and ground you. These techniques are drawn from years of training and are tailored to support relaxation, focus, and overall well-being.
Functional Movements and Mobility: Drawing from my experience in functional anatomy and yoga, I’ll guide you through gentle movements to increase flexibility, improve strength, and enhance mobility in your daily life.
Reflection and Connection: Each session concludes with a 15-minute journaling or discussion period. This is a space to process the practice, set intentions, or simply share in community with others.
I created this private livestream class to share the practices I love with a small group of dedicated individuals, fostering a supportive environment where growth and exploration can thrive. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been on your wellness journey for years, this session is a place for everyone.
