It includes two separate modules that can be taken out of order, accompanied with our Training Manual. Teachers will learn how to teach for yoga incorporation (vinyasa, yin and restorative) plus myofascial release, foam rolling and self-massage techniques. Facilitator is 500ERYT - CECs can be logged.
